During my career as a real estate investor and real estate investment advisor, I have developed an expertise in identifying and developing real estate investment opportunities, courting potential partners and investors, raising investment funds, securing lender funding and implementing and managing numerous investment partnerships.
In addition to assisting clients to identify solid well-performing real estate investments, an integral part of the transaction process has been my ability to direct all aspects of the legal side of the transactions, including all contract negotiations, preparation and negotiation of all legal documentation relating to, among other matters, acquisition, land use, condominium creation, term sheets and lender agreements both at the acquisition and construction stages, as well as creation and negotiation of all end user agreements.
Over the years, I have formed dozens of real estate partnerships investing primarily in residential multi-family properties. I have continued to follow my interest in real estate investing and over the past few years, has formed several partnerships and limited liability companies, which have purchased a number of residential and income producing properties.
I have been an active investor in real estate for the past 15 years. Presently, my partners and I have equity interests in approximately 20 residential income producing properties located in the Ann Arbor area, as well as in Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona.

In 1992, my partners and I formed a new company that provided specialized real estate investment advisory services. My partners and I purchased, managed and sold dozens of residential multi-family, income-producing properties, completed several condominium conversion projects and participated in a number of commercial and residential mixed-use projects.
